Egg allergy

Do not order if you have an egg allergy. Our products are not suitable for anyone with an egg allergy.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Because of demand, kits generally take about 7 to 10 days to ship. Once they ship, they arrive the next day. We are not an expedited or rush service. Shipping from the donor to the recipient is the donor's responsibility.

Cancellations

No cancellations or refunds.

Extra Extender Solution (Vial)

Extra Extender Solution (Vial) may not be purchased alone. It must be ordered with at least one kit, since the kit covers the cost of our overnight shipping.

Hatcherly is provided "as is." Hatcherly is not liable for infections, lost items, or any other matters related to conception or attempting to conceive. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control, nor for results associated with insemination. By using our service, you accept full responsibility for your choices and your relationship with your donor.
